<Krishan Bihari Noor> (1926-2003) was a prominent Urdu and Hindi poet, lyricist and author hailing from Lucknow, India. He was a well-known figure in Mushairas (poetic symposiums) and was celebrated for his ghazals, which blended Sufi aesthetics with Hindu philosophy.
